Ronald A Buch is the current owner of TBC, practicing in the areas of bankruptcy and consumer protection law. He received his undergraduate degree from SIU-Carbondale, and his JD from the Southern Illinois University School of Law. He was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 1992 and was sworn into the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois that same year. He was admitted to the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals in 1995. He worked for 23 years as the attorney for three Chapter 13 Trustees. He joined TBC in July of 2016 and purchased the firm in July of 2018.

Prior to his law career, he was employed as an underground coal miner in Elkhart, IL for almost 7 years, and before that he was a real estate broker with Century 21 Buch Real Estate. Ron enjoys singing at church (Restore Christian Church in Highland, IL and First Christian Church in Greenville, IL). He is a former elder and chairman of the board at Greenville. He enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, going to Branson every Christmas and playing with his granddaughter.
